I am an Administrator/Personal Assistant with more than 35 years experience, which has been gained in the Civil Service, private companies and the NHS. My qualifications include a Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship, BSMSA Medical Secretarial Studies and a certified Virtual Assistant.
I previously ran a Virtual Assistant business between 2003 and 2008 before returning to employment when our son started school, so when my full-time position in the NHS was under threat through organisational change, it seemed like an obvious move for me to relaunch myself as Virtual Assistant.
What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
